FAQs

We Have the Answer to Your Questions

  • Are you accepting new patients?

Yes – We are always accepting new patients. Learn more on our new patient information page.

  • Where are you located?

We are in Centennial, CO, in South Denver, near the Dry Creek exit of I25. You can also access our office from Yosemite Street North of County Line Rd. Our office is located at 9085 E Mineral Cir STE 160, Centennial, CO 80112. Get directions to our office using this link.

  • What will happen on my first visit?

We schedule first appointments with our hygienists, who will review your medical and dental histories and any concerns you may have. We will take the X-rays we need to check for any dental issues and clean your teeth. Our doctors will perform an oral examination and review your X-rays and discuss any necessary treatment you may require.

  • Do you accept my insurance?

We would be very surprised if we didn’t! We accept almost all PPOs and indemnity insurances in the area. Please call the office at (303) 790-9323, and our staff will be able to quickly tell you if we accept your plan.

  • How much does “it” cost?

Unfortunately, that question is more easily asked than answered. The reason that is true is that there are so many different insurance plans and associated fee schedules <link to contact pop-up form>. We will tell you upfront the cost and what your portion will be before we provide treatment. If there is ever confusion about your bill, please ask us to clarify the situation.

  • What if I don’t have dental insurance?

We recognize that there are many individuals who do not have dental insurance. We will work to enable you to get the treatment you need. This may include a discounted fee schedule like the fees of local PPO plans. Please visit with our office staff to get details.

  • Is it worth purchasing dental insurance?

If you have the option to buy insurance through your employer, the answer is generally yes. We have not seen individual policies that are cost-effective. By the time you factor in your insurance premiums and the limits the insurance sets on annual benefits, you are better off saving your money and putting it into a “dental” account and paying for your dentistry as needed.

  • Do you have payment plans?

We do have CareCredit available in the office and will help you with the application. Please visit with our staff to decide for your specific situation. Is your staff good-looking?

  • Is your staff good-looking?

We range from extremely (Dr. Bart) to moderately acceptable (Dr. James). But it’s not about the looks - we are all nice!
