Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we get here at Christiansen Dental.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes – We are always accepting new patients. Learn more on our new patient information page.

Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

We do offer a few coupons and discounts throughout the year. Follow us on your favorite social media outlet to see our current offers.

Where are you located?

We are located in Englewood, CO – a small community in Denver South. Our office is located at 9025 E Mineral Cir #250. Get directions to our office using the link above.

What will happen on my first visit

We schedule first appointments with our hygienists who will review your medical and dental histories and any concerns you may have. We will take the X-rays we need to check for any dental issues and clean your teeth. Dr. Bart or Dr. James will perform an oral examination and review your X-rays and discuss any necessary treatment you may require.

Do you accept my insurance?

I will be very surprised if we don’t! We accept almost all PPO’s and indemnity insurances in the area. Please call the office at (303) 790-9323 and our staff will be able to quickly tell you if we accept your plan.

How much does “it” cost?

Unfortunately, that question is more easily asked than answered. The reason that is true is because there are so many different insurance plans and associated fee schedules. We will tell you up front the cost and what your portion will be before we provide treatment. If there is ever confusion about your bill, please ask us to clarify the situation.

What if I don’t have dental insurance?

We recognize that there are many individuals who do not have dental insurance. We will work to enable you to get the treatment you need. This may include a discounted fee schedule similar to the fees of local PPO plans. Please visit with our office staff to get details.

Is it worth purchasing dental insurance?

If you have the option to buy insurance through your employer, the answer is generally yes. We have not seen individual policies that are cost effective. By the time you factor in your insurance premiums and the the limits the insurance sets on annual benefits, you are better off saving your money and putting it into a “dental” account and paying for your dentistry as needed.

Do you have payment plans?

We do have CareCredit available in the office and will help you with the application. Please visit with our staff to make reasonable arrangements for your specific situation.

Is your staff good-looking?

We range from extremely (Dr. Bart) to moderately acceptable (Dr. James). But it’s not about the looks – we are all nice!
